New uniforms for Beatrix in the making
Mar 5, 2010

Beatrix Drum & Bugle Corps from Hilversum - The Netherlands will appear in a new uniform this year. What the outfit will look like remains a secret for now: "The hat will remain, but otherwise?"

During last year’s training weekend, after being asked to put all mobile phones and cameras away, the new uniform of the corps was presented to the members. However, curious drum corps fans will have to be patient for a little longer, because the corps will only show the uniform to the public later this year.

The uniform design was developed by members and volunteers of Beatrix who have taken a place on the uniform committee. After months of working together with a designer, assessing and putting together various sketches, they eventually ended up with a design.

A uniform manufacturer is now in charge of the production of the uniform.
