Extreme Brass make their debut this Wednesday
The newest project from the Black Knights Drum & Bugle Corps from Gravesend in Kent, will be appearing this Wednesday at the Hammersmith Apollo in London as part of the TV tapings for Britain's Got Talent. Extreme Brass comprises of ten brass performers and a kit drummer and will be looking to entertain not only the 3500 strong audience but also the judges Piers Morgan, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell.

18 DCUK corps line up for the coming season
Drum Corps United Kingdom has announced that 18 corps have registered for the 2010, and 31st consecutive, season. New registrations include, in only their second year of existence, Liberty Drum Corps from Northampton and The Company from Barnsley.

Juliana partners with Evans Drumheads
The American company Evans Drumheads (D'Addario) is establishing itself in Europe. Juliana Drum & Bugle Corps from Middelburg is now included in the list of Evans artists. Previously, Beatrix from Hilversum announced the same deal.

Task Force reaches out
During the European Drum Corps Symposium in London last weekend Task Force coordinator Robby Overvliet asked all corps to get involved and utilize the Task Force that was initiated during the 2009 symposium. The Task Force would like to reach out this call for awareness also to those corps who where not present at the annual congres.

The Black Knights from Gravesend have a brand new look on their website for 2010. The new site feautres up to date news, a look at the different projects run by the organisation, a section dedicated to the history of the corps as well as an up to date media section.
