37th Kingswood 2009: 'A Classical Renaissance'

Celebrating their 40th anniversary, the 37th Kingswood Scouts are proud to present their 2009 production entitled 'A Classical Renaissance' which will explore works from some of the most important composers of the last 300 years.
Using music from Beethoven, Rachmaninov, and Glass, the 37th Kingswood will take you on a journey through Classicism, Romanticism, and the 20th Century. The repertoire includes:
Act 1 - Beethoven's 5th Symphony
Act 2 - Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto, 3rd Movement
Act 3 - 1000 Airplanes on a Roof by Philip Glass
Act 4 – Beethoven's 9th Symphony
