DCUK announces 2009 dates

Drum Corps United Kingdom are pleased to be able announce their contest dates for their 30th Anniversary season. All three of the contests have received 'bids' from show sponsors to run the events.
Two of the dates have had more than one bid, but to ensure that any other potential interested parties have the opportunity to come forward the bidding process will not close until Sunday 30th November with the details of the successful applications being released within a week of this date.
All 2009 DCUK contests will be Drum Corps Europe Certified with DCE supplying the judging panels using both UK and mainland Judges. The DCUK 2009 contest dates are:
Saturday 4th July
Sunday 19th July
Sunday 6th September
Saturday 19th September - 30th DCUK British Drum Corps Championships
