BYBA National Championships a huge success

Butts Park Arena and the top 30 Bands from within the British Youth Band Association had to battle continuous challenges with the weather, but there was nothing that was going to detract from one of the most exciting and close fought National Championships to date!

A full report with be coming shortly, but our sincere congratulations go out to every single marching member and organization for braving some often muddy and slippery conditions to deliver another spectacular National Championships.

The 2008 Worthy Divisional Champions were:-

•Division 1 - 37th Kingswood D&BC
•Associates - Poynton Commodores
•Division 2 - East Coast Elite
•Division 3 - Spirit of Coventry
•Junior Division - Coseley Comets
•Cadets - 37th Kingswood Cadets

Congratulations also to Championships Director Paul Cartwright and his team for again staging a magnificent day all round.
