DCE and Up-Front Footwear form partnership
24 May 2006

Drum Corps Europe is proud to announce a partnership with Up-Front Footwear, Inc., maker of Dinkles marching shoes. Located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, DINKLES Marching Shoes have been worn by leading bands, drum & bugle corps, and color guards throughout the world.

For 20 years, Up-Front Footwear has been producing what is considered to be the industry's leading footwear when evaluated for durability, comfort, and design. "The DINKLES brand stands for quality", DCE chairman Marcel Matthijsse said. "Corps want to have the best instruments and equipment available. Why should they be satisfied with less quality when it comes to footwear?"

"We're very excited to be partnering with Drum Corps Europe", said Jeff Savoca, President of Up-Front Footwear. "We currently enjoy a solid relationship with various marching organizations throughout Europe. We believe this partnership will further help us build awareness of the unmatched comfort, appearance, durability, and performance provided by DINKLES."

Up-Front Footwear has its own dealers in Europe, so support and information is available 'round the corner' for European corps. More information on Up-Front Footwear and Dinkles can be found at www.dinkles.com.
