Forgemen inactive for 2006 season
30 Apr 2006

As a result of the loss of performing members and staff, combined with the need to recruit and rebuild the corps, Forgemen from Sheffield will not take the competitive filed in either BYBA or DCUK this year.

"The corps is continuing upon our voyage of change that will result in the long term sustainability of the organisation", Forgemen director Tony Lees said. "It is our intention to perform in exhibition subject to approval at both the Barnsley BYBA and DCUK shows in July and hopefully one other in the second half of the season."

The Forgemen members look forward to returning to the comeptitive scene in 2007 and would like to thank all their friends and supporters for all the help and assistance within their voyage of change.
