DCUK Championships will be broadcasted live for free

The 2017 British Drum Corps Championships are now less than two days away, and they have some exciting news from their on-line video portal - UK Fan Network. This Saturday they will be live from the Select Security Stadium in Widnes, bringing you a full day of Drum Corps to your homes, for free! DCUK and UKFN are excited to be able to bring you another live webcast - only this year we’re bigger and better.

Drum Corps United Kingdom Hall of Fame

Drum Corps United Kingdom are pleased to announce  its Hall of Fame  as a way of honouring the legends of the activity ensuring they are remembered for the impressions they have left.

The original vehicle for recognising the great work of individuals and their contributions to the Drum Corps Activity was the DCUK Fellowship, which began in 1985 and since 18 people have been honoured and they have automatically been inducted into the new Hall of Fame

Top Honours for The Company at Birmingham

The Company Performance Ensemble increased their European rankings after achieving Top Honours at Birmingham. 

The Drum Corps United Kingdom contest at the Moseley Rugby Club, Birmingham saw 10 units competing in the last contest before the British Drum Corps Championships on Saturday 23rd September

After the summber holidays Drum Corps United Kingdom returns this weekend (Sunday 10th September) at  the Moseley Rugby Club, Birmingham with 11 units in competition. Midlands Music in Motion is a joint contest with British Youth Band Association in the morning at the same venue

Kidsgrove Scouts completes 4th United States tour

After a monstrous tour Kidsgrove Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps from Staffordshire UK, finished 7th with a score of 91.73 with their production entitled Montagues and Capulets at the Drum Corps Associates World Championships, which marked the culmination of Kidsgrove Scouts 4th tour to the United States.

Tomorrow EMG German Open

Tomorrow, besides the IMBA Championships in Ireland, also the German Open will take place in the Hamelner Weserberglandstadion in Hameln. The show that constists of 11 performances, is part of the European Music Games and is hosted by Starriders.

IMBA changes location of IMBA Championships

Due to unforeseen circumstances, IMBA needed to change the venue for the IMBA Championships show this Saturday. The new venue is Castletown Geoghegan GAA Club, Castletown Gehegan, Co. Westmeath.

Tomorrow Kidsgrove Scouts will be setting off across to the United States for their 4th Tour to compete at the Drum Corps Associates World Championships. The Corps will be flying from London to JFK Airport in New York.

The Company wins International Class at DCI

The Company won the International Class at the Drum Corps International Open Class Championships. With a score of 72.325, they scored a bit more than 7th Regiment who ended on the 8th place in the Open Class. The Vanguard Cadets won the Open Class last Tuesday 8th August with a score of 80.725.
